What is the benefit to me?
The Onesurvey Home Report will offer you
more certainty and less potential delay. By providing information that the buyer,
their legal advisors and mortgage provider will require to complete the purchase,
you are making it easier to for the buyer to purchase your property.
The Onesurvey Home Report allows you to identify any potential issues early in the
process and have the opportunity to correct them or get quotes to identify the true
cost and change your asking price accordingly.
How much does it cost?
Home Report prices are based on the asking
price of your property, Click here to see the standard fee scales.
What payment methods can I use?
With Onesurvey you can pay using our secure

You can take advantage of the Onesurvey deferred payment which works in the following
way:

You then sign an agreement with our finance partners, Close Payment Services (CPS)
CPS will then collect payment when one of the following occurs first:

ii) You remove your house from the market
iii) At nine months
there is an additional charge of 10% of the normal cost
How will I know who has looked at
my report?
Onesurvey deliver fully personalised copies
of the Home Report to potential buyers of your property as soon as they request
it. That means buyers must supply their name and address before they can access
your report and you will be notified of their interest.
What if I have a 'bad' report?
Once the Surveyor has completed your report
you will have the opportunity to check it prior to it being made 'Live' for purchasers,
this gives you the opportunity to either make good the repairs or amend your price
accordingly.
How long does the Home Report last?
Once completed the report has no set shelf
life and will stay available until you have sold your property. Some lenders may
ask for an updated valuation figure if it is more than 3 months old at time of completion.
This is normally accommodated at little or no fee to you, or the buyer may ask for
a new valuation at that point at their own expense.
