Of course! We understand the relationship between you and your preferred surveyors. Your current working relationships remain unchanged, however, both you and the surveyor can leave the chasing of documents, payments etc to Onesurvey.

When Onesurvey collects the payment for the home report it means that you can relax knowing that Onesurvey will pay the surveyor, and any fees due to yourself, once payment has been received. It also give Onesurvey the opportunity to talk the client through the process.

If the seller does not have email you simply enter the Onesurvey email address and we will post out all the necessary documents to the seller and follow up with an encouraging call to get them to completion

Using Onesurvey as a distribution tool saves you and your team so much time! We provide a smartlink which can be copied and pasted to your website directing potential purchasers to the report.  There are many benefits to this:

  • The interested party must input their name and email to receive the report
  • You are notified by email when a copy is downloaded and who downloaded it
  • You can use this information as a lead for a future seller, or at least know the type of properties they are interested in
  • The report is then personalised to the potential purchaser speeding up the process at the other end
